Freelance designers and small creative studios frequently struggle with client communications during design sign-offs. Sending file attachments via email leads to version confusion, while platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox lack structured client approval processes. Clients are often overwhelmed by complex folder structures and struggle to leave feedback.
We conducted interviews with 15 designers and 10 agency clients. The core findings revealed:
Clients do not know if a design is a rough draft, ready for review, or finalized.
Feedback comes via email, WhatsApp, and Slack, making it difficult to centralize and action.
Creative directors need a quick way to upload and share design options directly from mobile devices.
Oneshare solves these challenges through a mobile-first collaborative dashboard built around clear item states (Draft, Under Review, Approved) and localized commenting.
A clean design language focusing on high contrast, a vibrant blue main action color to draw attention, and a neutral background palette.
Available for full-time freelance opportunities, agency contracts, and design consultations.
